Gulf Coast Party and Event maintains an extensive inventory of china, flatware, glassware, linens, table and chairs, as well as many other event rentals. Our rental equipment is in excellent condition, reliable and affordable. Our products can be viewed in our party and event equipment show room located in Clearwater, Florida. In our show room you will be greeted with friendly event specialists. They have the knowledge to help our customers find what they are looking for to make their party complete. Customers are welcome to pick up their party rentals or delivery arrangements can be made.

Pricing

The prices on our website are for a “per event” basis. We consider this to be a maximum of 72 hours. Allowing for a drop off day, full event day, and return day. (Pick up on Wednesday, use on Thursday, return on Friday)

Reservations

A reservation is our commitment to you that the items you request will be available for you, when you require them. Reservations are recommended to be made two weeks in advance for maximum availability of our rental equipment inventory.

Reservations can be made over the telephone or in our Clearwater show room.

Delivery

We deliver to all parts of Pinellas County, Florida. If you are located outside of Pinellas County, please call us and we will do our best to see that your equipment rental needs are met. Rates are based on mileage from our Clearwater show room and can be calculated upon request.

Our delivery is considered “off the truck”, meaning we will unload the items and place them in a mutually convenient spot. If you want them upstairs, downstairs, in the backyard, setup, ect. you must make arrangement s prior to delivery.

Set-Up and/or Take Down services are available with deliveries for an additional charge.

If you need delivery outside normal business hours we will make every attempt to accommodate an unusual delivery time. Additional charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Rentals

The customer is responsible for rental equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pick-up. In the case of items you picking up items in our store, the customer is responsible from the time of pick-up until the time of return.

Please be certain that the equipment is secure at all times and protected from weather. We do charge for broken, damaged or missing items. You will be charged either the replacement cost or for repair, which ever costs less; if in the future you find the item, bring it back to us and we will refund the charge.
